Just like a car has serviceable parts - like spark plugs - that have to be replaced periodically, your HVAC equipment has serviceable parts too - such as capacitors, contactors, and hot surface igniters. These parts typically do not last as long as your equipment. Our technicians are trained to examine these parts carefully during the check-up and identify any parts that are starting to show significant signs of wear. During extreme temperatures, these parts are most likely to fail - causing an interruption in the operation of your equipment - leaving you uncomfortable. Preventative maintenance is designed to "prevent" that from happening.

Our Service Plan

Checking for safety issues is always the first concern of the technician. Gas furnaces can produce carbon monoxide, which is a tasteless, odorless, colorless gas that can make you sick and even kill you. Always have your furnace safety inspected every year, before using it.

3) Our Preferred Maintenance Customers never pay overtime for service calls during nights, week-ends, or holidays. They receive 24-hour emergency service at the same price charged for normal business hours.
